Their address is
Ryanair Ltd.
Registered Office:
Ryanair Corporate Head Office
Dublin Airport
Co. Dublin
Ireland
Registered in Ireland No. 104547
Now this may not be where they want you to send any correspondence, however, if you need proof of receipt, Id send it here and that way, if you need to take them to court you can prove they got it.0 -

So Ryanair could claim that they never received the receipts, and could quite reasonably refuse to pay out without receipts.
I now understand why you are concerned.

Im not too sure about sending it there. seems like its the airport address. They may have offices there but i am only doing what they told me to do. I shouldnt have to send it there. May have more of a case if i dont send it there in a small claims court if they dont respond. I have had a confirmation of sending on the fax so i know that the fax got there. The letter and fax are the same letter except a note on bottom of fax informing them that my fax number is a works fax number etc.
Edit: i guess ill just have to leave it another couple of weeks or something. just hope i dont leave it too long before they say something like - you should of followed up your claim withing 2 weeks or something. I know they'll try it on.0 -

You cannot send a recorded signed for letter to a PO box address. .
I do just that when I send off my tax return, and can track it's arrival.

No ATC. Its not like they are on minimum wage.
The strikes by ATC officers around Europe is nothing to do with pay, it's more about future plans by the EU to render a proportion of them jobless0 -

Because Ryanair have the worst customer service on the planet. I know the strike wasnt there fault. i was claiming for a delayed flight after the strike + expenses. I just hope they give me my money + compensation back in the 1st reply. I already cant be bothered to deal with them.Bob_the_Saver wrote: »I do just that when I send off my tax return, and can track it's arrival.
Im not sure how the mail system works. The lady behind the desk at the post office just said that she couldnt send a international signed for to a PO box.... Maybe HMRC is different for some reason?
Anyway, thanks for your help people. Ill just have to wait a bit longer. Ive never had to deal with a situation like this before so was just wondering and looking for feedback.0 -
Ah OK missed the International bit, they might well be right then.0

Crikey, you still send your tax return by carrier pigeon, get with the program man. I have been doing mine online for the past 3 years now.Bob_the_Saver wrote: »I do just that when I send off my tax return, and can track it's arrival.
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080616104613AAXexC5The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -
They are not very nice to idiots. Normal people, they treat fine.0
