I did not SAR them, I just said the reason why I taken out the loan and for how long and the year. Bull s..t about account numbers, that's what exactly what you need, I got my account number eventually and then the PPI department ( supervisor in that department ) looked into it and gave me an offer letter as they agreed to uphold my complaint.
Could you PM me a copy of your upheld letter please, or post it up here?.
My friend has just had a complaint rejected by YB due to the year 1999 and she has the account number, We need to take this further, if they were upholding with just the account number and no proof of all PPI paid then they need holding to account for this.0 -
Hello amersall, how do I attach my offer letter to this Forum I never done one before. If you give me your e-mail address I will send it as a PDF attachment. I am at work at the moment ( on nights ) but will bring it with me tomorrow. I went into default on this Yorkshire Bank Loan in 2001 ( I taken out the loan in 1999 ). It went to Marlon Financial Services until 2007 when it was totally paid off by me on a monthly payplan. I put in a complaint in May 2012 as I had to give some sort of reason, and it got upheld in July 2012 after a 4 week inquiry by Yorkshire Bank.0

It's ok, you got redress because the debt was passed on and was live until 07, they would have had to retain your info until the debt was repaid. My friend repaid hers in 02 so no paperwork
, I thought it was strange you got redress from 99 with only the account number
thank you so much anyway x. 0
