I did not mention the charger that I currently use as it does not charge the batteries that the other poster was asking about in the secondary question.

who is antagonising who and what has anyone's post count got to do with anything?

You mean the post where someone asked about the best charger and you posted you had a murphy charger about 20 years old. So don't start your rubbish with me. i have flagged your posts as spam and reported you for you personal attacks on another poster.

As for post count's, you do seem to thrive on them, post a lot of irrelevant comments then when someone posts back you go off on one all the time.

Can anyone recommend a decent battery charger that also charges the 9v rectangular batteries as well as the AA/AAA.
    Thanks

If you had even bothered to read the post that I replied to about the mulit-charger you might see that it is not asking for the best but a 'decent' charger that also charges 9v rectangular batteries, a post which I replied to.

I have long campaigned on this forum for postcounts to be taken down from display as it is people like you that seem to want to drag them into conversations.

As for reporting my posts as spam, you carry on, its not as if I have anything to lose, it was after all you that read something into my posts that was not there and then blamed me for what you read.

Personal attacks, that is rich :rotfl::T

Yeah a recommendation for a multi charger and you post back about a 20 year old charger which you say you do not use, or can get hold, so why bother mentioning it, yet seem to know the exact model number.

As for reading into your post, you know exactly what you were posting and the results it would achieve, you have become quite an expert at causing problems.

That would be because I have it on my desk having just offered it on Freegle after buying a new charger about 3 months ago.

You seem to be quite an expert on what I post and all the problems that I cause, care to let me know about them.

Here was me thinking this was a free to use forum and as long as you abide by the rules then you can post anything you like.

You seem to post that a lot on other threads, guess i am not the only person who can see what you do. There appears to be quite a lot of experts around.

You are the one that singled out and criticised my posts, I only followed up and defended myself although on reflection, I don't see why I needed to.

One mistake I made was to use an ultra-fast 15 minute charger. It did what it said on the tin but battery life was drastically reduced. Despite the cooling fan, they got a bit too warm and dried out.

Can the Eneloop charger be used on any AA rechargeable batteries? Was looking at Energizer ones too

Unless it tells you otherwise, yes to Ni mh, no to older Ni cads. Check the charging times.
