flight delay

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. We went to Goa via Monarch in Dec 2008 from Manchester..We were delayed 8 + hours due to a faulty plane, which they then had to fly in from a different airport.When we got to Bahrain to refuel they had not cleared the descent so we were then re routed to Larnaka in Cyprus, another 4 hours which were added onto the journeyl.We then refueled and returned to Bahrain then onto Goa, this took a day effectively off the holiday.I have gone to the travel agents the co op but they say they dont have records that far back.We no longer have any details ie flight numbers.Can any one suggest anything as where we go from here?

If you read the FAQs you will see how you can find the flight numbers and the length of the delay.
Then read the Monarch thread and post on there if necessary
