Help delayed by 19 hours from Greece to Glasgow by Thomas Cook - they say not their problem.

try posting in the Thomas Cook thread with more details.
They may be correct but that will depend on the reason for the delay
They may be saying that as it was over 6 years ago and they know there is nothing you can do about it
