  • Good morning everyone. I have not been on for a few days. I sadly do not have anything to add to the pot at the moment, however I am keeping busy with surveys, mystery shopping and some freelance work.

I have started keeping a list of money that I am waiting for and so far I have £155 that I'm awaiting but will need to take some money off that for fees and postage.

I haven't been on for a while. Decided to stop ebaying for a little while until baby D makes an appearance. Don't want to go into hospital while something is about to sell and then not post it for a couple of weeks/worry about getting things done. Got a box of things to sell once things have settled afterwards so will get back into it. Baby D was due 3 days ago, so could be any time!!

Got around £100 in cashback just waiting to be paid......come on!! Flexdirect account with Nationwide is in the process of setting up so will hopefully reaping the 5% interest reward soon!!

    Hi everyone

Hope you've all had a lovely weekend. Definitely going to be one of those 'close but no cigar' months for me! I have received £15 from Ipsos which takes me to needing £37.73, but I'm on camp as from Saturday so going to just miss it for the first time since I started in April.

Just gives me motivation to try harder next month ;P

    Good luck everyone x

Tax credits are a law upon them selves.

I had a similar situation as few years ago when I nasty letter stating I owe the tax office 14K:eek: even tho, I am PAYE.

The next week I has a 1k cheque in the post. Eh, doesn't 1 dept. talk to another.. sigh..

Anyway, I appealed, they said it was just 10k I owe now. That's was a few years ago, I still haven't had any more horrible letters from them..

Mind you, I am tempting fate posting this now..

What an absolute nightmare for you, I fear the prospect of being told I would have to pay so much back would be very, very stressful. I was happy with the outcome of my call today, they explained I owe them money from after I lost my husband and they owe me a much smaller amount from before he died. Find it all v difficult.

£10 from Cash 4 Clothes and £6.36 in Santander 123 cashback today, so was pleased with that, was given the old clothes by a friend to help raise money.

Wow mav, that's brilliant! I can't wait to own my own place and the first thing I would do is make a pen and find hens :) where did you get them from? You should be very proud of yourself :D
