  • Maybe now, but you've already been PPR'd several times under different user names. :)

Sorry, but you have me confused with someone else. :)
  • We can now safely assume this question will not be answered?

I have to give it to you both, shorty and devon, you're brilliant muddlers.

To be fair, I was asking that question to grizzly rather than this Devon/shortchanged chap. Unless you're implying grizzly is also Devon/shorty?

I can't keep up with all the intrigue on this board! :rotfl:

Not so bad yourself Prickly ;)

The question was nothing to do with either myself or shortchanged!
  • Whatever the question was, it looks like Mr. Pricklepants was right and that it won't get answered.

Not to worry, I'm sure it'll come up again. and again. and again. :)

Probably why Mervyn King said that rates are unlikely to return to normal anytime soon.

I think homeowners could afford rate rises but don't tell - we're trying to convince everyone that we're 'frightened and indebted'. Keep up the good work Shortchanged.

Amazing how thoughts and opinions change so quick in order to have a go at wheoever they are having a go at (shortchanged in this instance)

After years of dissatisfaction with the governorship of the BoE you'll unquestioningly accept something that Mervyn King says as gospel just because it's what you want to hear.

So yes some people can be really inconsistent.
