Digital Freeview Signal around Flat

Options
Hi, I live in a New Build Flat and I have 2 bedrooms.

The living room has a Triax Outlet plate with UHF/VHF/Satellite outlets and a Return option

In my living room I can pick up Freeview no problem. But in the bedroom no more than 5meters away I can't pick up a signal using an amplified Indoor Aerial that I bought from Maplin

Can anyone advise me on how I can pick up a TV signal in the bedrooms?

I'm thinking maybe I can use that Return option on the box with some type of Domestic Distribution Unit or Amplifier but I dont really know what I'm doing and want to avoid drilling through walls.

Also there is a TV Outlet in the bedroom itself

But when I connect a CoAxial I cant pick up a signal.

Any clear concise advise would be appreciated.

Cheers
