    Excellent appeal, but you need to remove the Vehicle Registration Mark at the start.

    Sorry, I didn't make that very clear, you just needed to delete the VRM in copy of your appeal that you posted this thread, you should keep it in the actual appeal that you have submitted.

    However as I see you have now deleted the post of your appeal, this is now academic.

    I will replace it when i get an outcome.

    The VRM (reg plate) was a made up one. RE61STE - See what i did there?
    Though you did make me panic about which one i sent off!!
    I got a copy receipt by email. But it did not include the full text which i submitted in their text box. So i sent the full text again as an attachment in the 'attach evidence' section.

    Thanks to all for advice and encouragement
