Sorry, I didn't make that very clear, you just needed to delete the VRM in copy of your appeal that you posted this thread, you should keep it in the actual appeal that you have submitted.
However as I see you have now deleted the post of your appeal, this is now academic.
Good luck with the appeal, I look forwad to hearing the resultAll that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Edmund Burke Irish orator, philosopher, & politician (1729 - 1797).0 -

Though replacing the text of the appeal will be useful to others drafting their own POPLA appeals.SevenTowers wrote: »Sorry, I didn't make that very clear, you just needed to delete the VRM in copy of your appeal that you posted this thread, you should keep it in the actual appeal that you have submitted.

I will replace it when i get an outcome.
The VRM (reg plate) was a made up one. RE61STE - See what i did there?
Though you did make me panic about which one i sent off!!
I got a copy receipt by email. But it did not include the full text which i submitted in their text box. So i sent the full text again as an attachment in the 'attach evidence' section.
Thanks to all for advice and encouragement0 -
