yes, me too. again, as i have said before, nothing hidden. did you actually come here to 'support' me re. TESPs patient?....a coincidence, i assume, but from my use of the same username everywhere, pp will have recognised me. no problem there.0 -

spot on, of course.0 -
I steer well clear of "Intorducers" as I want a decent savings plan not to provide a large commission fee for anyone else. I have just cashed a 15 year plan and it has provided next to nothing. I'd have been better with a bank savings account.
To my mind, any "Introducer" coming on to a site like this, which attracts people like me who don't have much money to save nor much knowledge or understanding of financial matters, has just shown their lack of integrity in looking for said commission. I find this an aversion rather than an attraction.
Just poking my stick in to stir further and let you, Planteria, know that your posting of this comes across as dishonest and unethical..0 -
are there any other investments that can be accessed for such small monthly contributions? i am using Regular Savers (Cash), TESPs and i have a DD to a Credit Union. can unwrapped Unit Trusts/Investment Trusts be accessed for such low sums in any way?0

Yes they canMost people know by now that they should be weary of banks and insurances but many people probably would part with a bit of money if they get a recommendation by a member of the public.
Or more likely a friend. Seems like a fast way to ruin a friendshipVital_Spark wrote: »To my mind, any "Introducer" coming on to a site like this, which attracts people like me who don't have much money to save nor much knowledge or understanding of financial matters, has just shown their lack of integrity in looking for said commission. .
Thanks for that. Your comment also backs up my previous suggestion that these plans were aimed at those with small amounts to save rather than the idea floated by planteria that they were for people who had already maxed out their ISA.
Out of interest have you ever used a S&S or cash ISA? Or did you only use the Tax Exempt savings plan?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

i was already on the site...just started contributing more lately. the post where i offered to refer people was removed, and i didn't mention it again....that is clear. nothing dishonest or unethical about me, or anything i am doing.
