Help! being harrassed by virgin mobile for money I dont owe!

As the title says virgin have been harrassing me over the last couple of weeks by all formats. I've recieved a letter today stating if I don't pay the £25 I owe them I'll be cut off.
The thing is, I don't owe them a penny! My bill isn't due til tomorrow, my direct debit is fine and I owe nothing from previous months.
I have called them several times and nobody seems to know what is going on, they can see that my account is clear from their end but the calls etc. keep on coming. Last week I was even told by a woman in the 'overseas' department that I MUST make sure that the money is in my account next week to pay my bill. I told her that this was pretty obvious and i thought she was taking the proverbial!
I don't know what to do next, I've even tried an e-mail to them but that doesn't seem to have worked either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I wish I could offer practical advise with regards to Virgin Mobile...but I can't. I am having a run in with them at the moment, and the Customer Support is atrocious. What happens in the 'Back Office' seems to be completely different from what is said in the 'front Office'.
I use those terms deliberately, as it was one of their own Customer Support (sic) personnel - abroad - who used them. She obviously was in the 'Front Office' ...or as I think of it, in the 'Front Line'!

I have sent THREE letters which they claim never to have received. I spoke to someone at the Front Line who then advised that I should send an email with my letter attached. The form that I was directed to didn't have the capabilities to send an attachment.

The ironic thing is, that I CAN NOT send an email to an ISP.

This lot are a shower ...and it doesn't make me feel good about being shafted by a Virgin.

    Which service? Mobile or Media?

If you exceed your designated credit limit, this can trigger such letters, even with your DD in place. Check your online account - what does this show?
