Having been sent two parking notices by Parking Eye, and two escalating reminders I sent them a personalised copy of a letter with the standard rebuttals that I picked up from a link on one of your threads which contained a request for a POPLA code. This has been ignored and I instead received a standard letter from a debt…

Parking Eye are issuing thousands of court cases each month. You only have to do a search of the forums here and on Pepipoo to see the number of posters seeking help with filing a defence and dealing with the court process.
