Yuck ebay.

Hi I hardly. Ever use ebay to sell. This is only my third time selling stuff. I sent a bag which went for £23. It was the only parcel not to arrive. Buyer has sent a message. What do I do now? They asked for a tracking number but I sent it first class as stated. Thank you, I am finding ebay a lot of hassle!
