Evening all, just checking as I am happy to forward my correspondence from Topher to BPA but should I include all the reference numbers etc, I guess I'm getting cynical but it sounds like PCC's and BPA are all in the same bed...
I also got another letter from Topher and I thought I'd share it as it directly contradicts everything I've been advised so far -
"A POPLA code is only issued after an appeal has been made and rejected. As you have not yet detailed a mitigating circumstance for appeal or sent any evidence to support your claim, we have obviously been unable to consider this matter in the required manner.
Should you wish to appeal, kindly refer to the above and we will be more than happy to assist you and consider your claim carefully and reasonably."
Hope I'm not taking up too much of anyone's time, thanks in advance.

The letter from Topher can best be described as a begging letter.
You challenged their claim/ticket. They rejected it and if wanting to invoke popla had to provide the reference code. They didn't so the 35 day clock continues to tick. Not your problem, theirs.
The lettter you just received is the standard fare from scammers stalling proceedings thinking you'll run out of time. You haven't - but they will.0
