Thanks, that clarifies the other case I know about, in Kingston Upon Hull. I thought another judge may have also made this order, but I bet it's the same one.

I’m not in favour of the banks charging and making a profit, nor am I in favour of people believing it’s their God-given right, to run amok with their accounts. I don’t really care which way an orderly agreement goes, as long as it goes any which way.

Let’s hope, there will be soon significant moves in that current mess.
