    HI I STARTED THE ORIGINAL THREAD AS I GOT THE LETTER THROUGH THIS MORNING. i AM SOOOOO CONFUSED I FEEL LIKE CRYING. I AM IN HULL AND I WENT THROUGH MCOL AND GOT THE DEFENCE. THAT N FORM YOU JUST POSTED DOE THAT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED WITHIN THE 7 DAYS. HOW ON EARTH DO I FILL IT IN

    Sorry . Alliance & Leicester is the bank I am having problems with. I opened the account in about 1987 with Girobank originally. But everything changed to Alliance when it got tookover.
