Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    Final Fantasy XIV (online MMORPG).

After a more than stuttering early access I've found I've got on first time every time I've tried and the game is OUTSTANDING. Graphically amazing (to the point I stood and watched a leaf fall from a tree, land in a river and then fall over the edge of a waterfall into the froth below.....), nice environments, useful quests that teach you both battle systems and help you learn your way around cities and outlying areas.

So far I've come across nothing but helpful players who are sharing information and tactics.

It's INCREDIBLY busy at the moment but I know this will drop off as people decide it's not for them and the initial burgeoning interest dies off a little. Personally, I've just lost my life to it, just like I did with XI.

  • Most recently played Mass Effect 3. Outstanding game in nearly all areas. Ending was a bit naff...

  • Currently playing a rather weird game called 'The Last Remnant'. It has a strange fighting system that I hope will grow on me. And AC1.

I've just finished Batman Arkham City on the 360 (well all but one Riddler challenge). I didn't really get on with arkham asylum but loved this one.

Since then I've started Crysis 2. I haven't got far, but so far I've been underwhelmed. I guess after all the hype over the first one graphically I was expecting more.

I've also just finished Fear 3 (co-op on xbox live), which was a surprisingly good game. I don't know if it would have worked well as a single player though.

The next game I buy will probably be The Last of Us for ps3.

The Last Remnant is actually a very good game.

And it turns out I was thinking about Lost Odyssey - which has the ring system in. Good game as well. It takes a while to get used to that circle thing though. It's not a new fighting system though as it has been used in previous games like Shadow Hearts on PS2 - well, something similar to it at least.

I'm on disc 2 at the moment of both.

    Senileturtle!! :rotfl: what a username!

I really am trying to get used to it, but when I first tried it I was extremely baffled - and those little tidbits of information that they put up on the loading screens don't really help at all. Interference? What now? :p

Thanks, lol, just first thing I thought of for a username when I signed up.

Youtube may have tutorials on how to do it.

And thanks for the tip! I don't usually study for my games, but I may make an exception in this case :p
