Winners from puzzle magazines?

Sorry to hijack but how do you know you've won..do they send you a letter? I've been doing mags too so just wondering how I'd find out. And good to see people do win from them x

I won £150 from Real People recently, though I haven't actually received it yet. But before that I noticed not many people posted about them in the IWIWIW board.
