For 3 months now i've been getting charged £1 and £1.25 per week for something I have no idea of, and have never signed up for.

T-Mobile have been pretty good and refunded the money and have said they will block all 3rd party transactions yet its still happening. I'm about to ring up for another refund but is anyone else experiencing this? My suspicions suggest to me that they know about this and its happening alot otherwise they would have put up some fight about refunding the charges. I'm sure they can see what I install on the phone so could easily say Well you downloaded this app and agreed to its T&C's so its out of our hands etc but they didn't.

I'm pretty tech savvy so know I've not installed any premium services etc but find the lack of information as to who is charging me quite bewildering.

The £1.25pw charges show up on my bill as Bournuo or something. and the £1pw charge is for a number 60113.

Is it just me that is getting this?

If the charges persist, you need to put the onus on them to prevent further charges from appearing on your bill. It's not acceptable that you should have to check your bill and contact them every month. It should be their problem, not yours. Otherwise tell them that you expect a reduction on your bill in respect of your time and effort in contacting them every month.
