how do you complain to bt about their broadband service as my father has tried and tried to get his broadband fixed and never managed, every time he tries he is told leave computer on for 24hrs and we will test the line and nothing more happens ,
He has been paying for a service now for about 4 or 5 months that he can not use and cant seem to get past the indian call centers

Although this could become a consumer rights issue if it doesn't get resolved, at this stage what is really needed is advice on how to get BT to deal with the technical issue (which can be a frustrating process, but they don't usually just do nothing - well, not very often).

Found BT to be pretty good with BB problems.

BT probably have no money to invest in good broadband customer service as they must have spent millions on endless stupid TV advertising campaigns and sending monthly letters to their phoneline customers urging them to sign up for BT broadband.
