Avios web site / telephone number

For some weeks, I've been unable to access the Avios web site (all the rest of my internet access works fine) - anybody else got this problem ?

Also, I can't find a phone number for Avios / Avios support anywhere - any ideas ?

Thanks jackieblack - this is a really weird problem - I can access Avios from an old Windows XP machine, but not my current machine (Windows 7).
