Sadly i did complain to my gym manager when the first one arrived , he said he would "try" to deal with this for me and have it canceled....but sadly it appears he has not been successful !

I have not had any letters for a couple of weeks , but sods law , there is bound to be one delivered in the morning !!!

So haven't you sussed this yet? I mean it's been going on since June, that is about 6 months, they keep on threatening court, yet nothing is happening but pretty letters probably in red with claims of ccjs and bailiffs etc

So why the wait? If they had a real claim this would have already landed up in the small claims. The reason of course is that DR+ cannot take you to court, the alleged debt is not theirs! And they have never been there ever. I can prove it

So stop worrying about the threats, they are baseless and part of the scam that is private parking

I would follow up the complaint with the Gym and state that it's now harassment by the agent and wholly unacceptable, in the light of the Manager expressing the view much earlier in the year that it needed to be cancelled.
