Netflix - double charge

Has anyone else been double charged? I received an email today from Netflix apologising and saying they'd double charged me for the past 6 months - once to my iTunes account and the other to my payment cards. They've now sent a refund but I no longer bank with the bank they've refunded to so won't receive it. Called up customer services today and was met with a complete refusal to do anything so I'm out of pocket. They basically made out it was my fault. Really disappointing - I'm going to discontinue my account.

The Bank the money has been sent to can issue a cheque easily enough if the money has gone there in error. Is there any other reason why you cannot access the money?0

he owes the bankDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
