:rotfl::rotfl:Ooh possession you are so naughty! He is sort of in a relationship but it's odd, they holiday together and share a house etc but he works 6am till 6pm 7 days a week then he goes to the pub for one pint which lasts till closing!
He even works on Christmas day while she spends the day with her family. He pops there for lunch and then off to pub. A few years back they weren't talking I ended up dragging him to ours for dinner.
Ladies I have a kitty issue. Our old girl has started weeing in places again. It's driving me mad but she is refusing to use litter at all. Have given her a totally separate one that the others can't use but she is still doing it. Any suggestions please?
That would be a no then P
Our old kitty had runny poo that he didn't even know was coming out. We had towels everywhere and was constantly cleaning so I know what your going through. We had this for two years and worst of all he would go into the neighbours houses and do it on their beds.
I can only suggest to confining her to one room that's easily cleanable as that's all we could do in the end. He was kept in the kitchen while we was out and I could bleach everywhere then he came in the room when we were in to keep an eye on him.

Kidcat - if kitty is quite eldely she may not recognise the 'urge' now. Its not that she won't use the tray she probably doesn't have time to get there! I think PiC suggestion is perhaps the only one - have you got her checked by the vet just in case she's got cystitis?Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0

Well does it take a liar and a cat with incontinence to clear a room or what :rotfl:

Hello all, have been very busy of late, which is good, will have to play catch up with what you've been up to. I've caught up with the ups and downs of some of you on FB, but no excuse. Well, yes there is, I need to earn money, but was also watching various sporty things with half an eye and so enjoying them.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0

PIC - I have set her up a bed and litter in the utility room which is entirely for her, she spent the night there, ignored the litter raed upstairs and weed on the stairs again.
Silvasava - I think its behavioural, she is 13 and she hates cats, all cats. She came back to us when my friend could no longer look after her and she had not enjoyed her previous house. She has settled with the dog now but wont associate with the other cats at all.
I think isolating her is looking to be the only answer, if after a week of this she is still doing it we will drag her off to the vets but would prefer to avoid as she hates the basket, the car, the waiting room, the vet, the nurse, the thermometer and so on - in short she is a right cantankerous old girl - I do however love her to bits, and remember holding her when she was minutes old, her first meow and her first steps etc, so am not willing to give up on her.
McC - sporting events seem to have swallowed summer
patentgirl - welcome to our merry band
I have used the kids national trust cards and visited one of our old favourites today, but was stunned to see its all changed with a brand new modern visitor centre as you arrive. It used to be very wheelchair friendly but was hard going today, lots of slopes that were quite steep.
Tomorrow I think we will head to Wales for a change assuming I can get everyone moving in time.
My friend has announced she is having a birthday party on Saturday night, and wants us to go, we are going away on Sunday so am planning on packing the car on Saturday and being ready to shoot off. I cant really take the car fully loaded with our stuff though.0 -
Hi Toughies
Warning rant.
Well I finally got my appointment for the sleep clinic. 38 miles away and Google says 6 1/2 hours travelling time just on the trains. Add two to three hours for keep changing trains and buses 2 buses that only run half hourly and it looks like more like I can't get there
in a day!
I knew it was a long way but the trains are very slow ones that stop
every 2 or 3 mins like buses. That is what takes so long. It is impossible.I would have to stay in a hotel over night buy up to 5 meals in the two days all for a five minute appointment. As it is near Manchester Airport it will be very expensive to stay anywhere over night. Will I be able to get from the hotel to the hospital?
I still have my cpap from West Sussex it took 3 visits to the doctors to get a referral and then he sent me to the wrong clinic. It has taken from the beginning of April to 15th October to just get an appointment. I desperately need a new mask it will not stay on because the straps are worn out. It should have been replaced in July.
It would be easier and cheaper to go to London for the day. I could get back the same day. What sort of a NHS sends you to a clinic like this for an appointment that has to be kept twice a year for the rest of your life?
What is the betting I have to wait for months for a new cpap machine. My Dr did ask for transport. I get it for the Christy that still takes up to 6 hours there and back not allowing for stops for me to be sick. Cancer treatment is not kind to your body. I hear they won't give it for this. only for my cancer. Well I still have the cancer I can't leave it at home.
sorry rant over.0 -
Welcome Patentgirl. I don't usually rant like that.0

Nurse Maggie, where do you live that take 6.5 hours to a hospital by train? Can they not offer transport at all? And has your GP not sorted a new cpap mask for you?2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇
