Been getting OH case packed today , having to get to the chemist and get him enough for the next 2 weeks , spent all day sorting stuff etc , im never sort of a job........
Dr at hospital as put me on steroids for the week before op , im not too keen on them as of weight gain , also theyve just given me another7 days supply for the 7 days after op, it reduces the bleeding.......Cant wait to go in on Monday and get the op done , it will be such a relief from all the pain.......
As most of you know ive had plantar fasciitis in my feet for near on 3 yrs, after so many injections, anti inflamatorys , acupuncture, pain killers.........Well someone said to me the other week have you tried magnesium vitamin tabs, she told me that she had a serious bad back for years and since taking them she is so much better and no pain, so like you do I went on puter and read loads a page to see what it actually does to help ...........I put in google search "what does magnesium do for your body" ........
One particular website is called "wellness mama", or google in " wellness mama magnesium ," yea its american but who cares magnesium is magnesium which ever country your in.......
They have a list of about 15 to 20 illnesses , and say if you ail 5 or more you could be short of magnesium, cut story short , ive been on them 5 days now @ 320 mg per day , and my feetlets have quite a lot of relief.:T:T.......Im over the moon with that ive been able to stand nearly all morning packing hubbys case, washing , cleaning the house, going to the chemist then drs with out having to sit for a hour and take pain killers, nothing else as changed in my meds so it as to be the magnesium.......:D
Im still taking the sea kelp and will remain doing so.......
Thought id pass this on to you ladies and MAR, how are you getting on with your ME and the sea kelp, perhaps you will try the magnesium too...?..........Take care all Sheila0 -
Good luck to you too Shegar xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Sheila that's interesting you know about the magnesium,I was toodling through my homeopathy books one day trying to come up with a regime as my back had been a little more skwiffy than usual and came up with calcium, magnesium and zinc combo plus I usually take a bvit too. I can't remember for the life of me why I ended up with this combo but think it was something to do with one thing interacts and boosts one of the others..(obviously the b vits aren't turbo charging the ol grey cells quite as well as hoped!!!)
That's good Fuddle I've always been made so welcome whenever we've visited, lovely, lovely peopleHave you been to the Tank museum yet?? I've pics of me when I was a nipper there sat on a tank (that was when you were allowed) and the place was a mere shed.It just had a lottery grant and is wonderful now, great day out. hi all, we had a long day at the hospital. The appointment was 30 mins late, then I had a mammogram and a ultrasound done by the doctor. The upside is, there is nothing to worry about. It had been a cyst that had gone down and it looks as tho its going to just go on its own. If anything changes I am to just ring the department. Its a true relief and also a wake up call. I must loose some weight, and be more healthy. x Thankyou all for your concern for me.
I hope you all managed to find a mirror paper for the voucher, I got 2 so I have one for next week,
Take care all xBSC member 137
