Have you looked at nobillia worktops. They do an American Walnut Reproduction laminate. They can be made to any size between 5m x 1.2m. They have a 3.6mm edging which is far superior to the standard edge found on most laminates. Nobillia supply to lots of independent firms, also kutchen art and to Some Homebase stores under the Odina brand worth a look IMO. there not cheap tho and can take a while as they are made to order from Germany
