Hi,
Apologies if this isn't the appropriate section, but it seemed the most relevant to me. My mum is also a user of this forum, and I am posting on her behalf as she is unable to log in herself.
Having tried to use her regular password to login, access has been denied, and so she has requested a password reset. Having followed the instruction in the emails, and having manually typed in the new password (rather than copying and pasting), the error message is still saying that her password is incorrect.
Can anybody advise me on how to resolve this? Or who to PM?
We have been through the password reset option 3 times with no avail, and are now utterly clueless as to which password she's up to.
Thanks in advance
