British Gas - Calorific Value Rounding 2006-2011

There was a brief note on the last episode of Watchdog about British Gas allegedly overcharging customers between 2006-2011.

I have not seen anything on MSE regarding this (and could not actually find anything on the Watchdog website).

Essentially British Gas rounded the calorific value down to 4 decimal places when Ofgem stated it should only be 1. The sums involved are likely to be small, but there is the principle.
