    Haven't read all of this thread, but I just wanted to say that I find Doctors receptionists the rudest, snootiest, stuck up bints in the universe. I can't think of one single place where I have discovered so many snooty people. And this is at all 6 or 7 of the doctors surgeries I have been registered at in the last 3 decades! It's like they think that they are something special because they work for the doctors. Newsflash: you are NO BETTER than the patients you serve.
