You could try coop bank's Travel Credit Card (0% 7 months).
They will consider match existing limits (up to £15k)
If your application is turned down due to too much credit and you appeal showing savings statements etc. they have been known to change their mind.0 -

£30K with Barclaycard. Everyday spending and pay off each month so it's free. They do have a 0% deal for new customers upto £5k but will not extend this to existing customers.
My mortgage company now pays me interest each month with the money it's offset by.0 -
