In Europe I usually book hotels in advance because it's a lot cheaper. I've almost never had a real problem. The only serious complaint I had was a long time ago. The odd dropped wifi, missing coffee, or burnt toast, but not enough to worry the MSE forum, I've always got it sorted or I set Mrs Bob the Saver on them :eek:…
