Equity only ISA charges

Hi

I currently have a stocks ISA with H&L although they;re charging me about £50 a year to hold my nominee equities with them (one holding, Vodafone). I've just seen Sippdeal and their website says that there are no management charges. I'm thinking of transferring.

Am I missing something obvious? Some secret charge that isn't considered a management charge? Or is it simply free to hold stocks in an ISA with sippdeal but a charge to hold stocks with H&l?

I've read the info on the sippdeal site and can't believe they'd just hold your stocks for free in an isa. Is this true or have I missed something?
