A debt collection company can ask you for money like I can. You can tell both of us '[STRIKE]N[/STRIKE] FO'.

Just made a slight amendment there for you :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It's illegal for a private firm to tow cars now. That avenue of pleasure for Trev the Clamp was stopped when the private clamping/towing ban came in, Oct 2012. Trev wasn't best pleased to have his toys taken away!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
