three are charging more for contract than agreed
Hi , last week I took out a new contract with three over the phone on a new S4 .The sales team told me it would be £33 p/month instead of £37 so I agreed and signed up.
Fast forward a week .Today I signed into my three online account and noticed they were charging me £37 minus a £3 discount = £34 .I phoned them up to question this and was told that this was right £34 a month .I explained that was incorrect ,it should be £33 .They then said it would be investigated and any voice recordings with me and the sales team will be checked .Ive got a feeling that there going to say they have not got that recording and I will have to pay £34.
They said they will be in touch in the next 5 days with there findings .Basically if they say its £34 is there anything I can do ? Has this happened to anyone else .
I realise its only a pound extra a month but they could easily of charged me £37 and I would probably not have a leg to stand on .

All calls should be recorded as far as i'm aware for legal reasons.
If they can't find it, submit a request to have all your calls and notes sent to you on a disk.
You may pay a small admin fee, but if you request it, they must provide it.All your base are belong to us.0 -
All calls do not need to be recorded for legal purposes.
Calls are usually recorded for "training and quality" purposes, but call recording is certainly not a legal requirement.0
