No contact from LL or LA re moving out

I finally came to a mutual agreement with our LL to surrender our rental early. This is due to end next Friday.
I have emailed & called the LA regarding the check out but have had no response. If I can't contact them what do I do? I would like to be here for the inventory check out ideally but if they don't arrange this what can I do? Do I just drop the keys in? Shall I take loads of photos?
We move out this weekend then have cleaners booked for next week.
There is no value to our deposit as this is being returned to the LL in leau of this months rent but I still want to do things correctly.

Do you have the early surrender agreed in writing? If not, that is your first step.
Irrespective of whether you are present at the check-out (and it appears that most people are not), take lots of photos of everything, including inside the cooker and down the toilet, when you have finished your cleaning.
Keep asking them what arrangements they want you to make about return of keys. If you cannot contact them at all, then make sure you deliver the keys back to them before or on the day agreed for the end of the tenancy. Get an independent witness with you if you're just posting them back through the door (though that's not something I'd like to do as it has security risks - visible keys, address of property on / in the envelope etc).0
