Great , wifey got me a tablet computer thingy for my birthday x Trouble is my big fingers keep clicking things against my will eg reporting people for spamming on here, buying things I don't want on amazon ... is it just me?

You'll soon get used to it. I used to have the same problem, now I do most of my web browsing on a 4 inch screen

This might sound daft but which way do you hold the tab? If you hold it with widest side vertical the screen narrows, if you hold it widest side horizontal the screen is wider, hope this helps i have big fingers to.

Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it.

In the meantime, try tapping with your nail rather than your finger, it should still register.

It shouldn't register, unless it's got a nasty resistive screen.

I have the same sort of problems, my fingers miss what i'm suppose to hit and i squint to see the screen, and i've using a desktop with a 21" screen.

A tablet you say? Try pinch outwards on the screen for zoom function ;-)
