Hi
noticed our rarely used mobile phone which has never had probs says invalid sim.
Is it because it's has a balance of 50p or is it dead?
btw t-mob made changes to account on 17th june increasing price of texts etc

How rarely used are we talking about here? It could have been dormant so long that they've deactivated it.0

It was last used on 14th June to send a text. This is confirmed on T-mobile's website: Recent Usage shows 3 texts @5p each were sent in June. Your current balance is £0.50 on Text Appeal.

Oops. Phone had been dropped & the sim had moved. Re-inserted the sim & phone works.
