Evening all
Another 2 NSD to declare and my last 2 of July. Taking me to 10/12 NSD so 2 short of target.
I know exactly where my money's been going. Supermarket shopping.popping in here and there. Particularly when hubby's home, which he will be again for most of August.
Will def continue with the menu planning, but I think the answer is also eat less then I'd have to shop less.
See you in AugustSPC 18 Target £200 /0 -

They have a truly nasty bite and it takes several hours for your body to react. I have a friend who actually had to go to NHS24 at A&E last weekend after being bitten by one. She's on a course of anti-biotics now. If you start to feel unwell at all phone your GP. Thanks for your concern guys, thankfully (touch wood) I'm not feeling unwell, and luckily I don't tend to react badly to most bites / stings etc so I'm hoping that might be in my favour. Certainly if it doesn't improve / get any better in the next 12 - 24 hrs I shall toddle off to a doc (although trying to get an appt round here is like trying to meet the Pope...it's either an emergency appt or they have nothing for weeks) Annoyingly I have the dentist tomorrow so double time out of work is not fitting well into the schedule.
The field where we do boot camp doens't have long grass or a lot of water, but it had been raining so I can only think perhaps it was that. Argh - who said exercise is good for you :rotfl:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Now we have to worry about Spoony - has anyone seen her around????
Helloooooooooo Freeby
I'm here, honest, just struggling to keep up with NSDs at the moment, [STRIKE]life[/STRIKE]crap is taking over:o
I logged in to do my usual Tuesday update but I see you've beaten me to it:o.... How about I do tomorrow's instead and do the first update for August on Thursday?
I'm not sure I'll be able to keep up with NSDs for August and September so I may not set a target but I'll do some updates as and when I can if that's OK?
And I still haven't totalled up my NSDs for July, will have a look at that tomorrow.
I had noticed you hadn't been posting, so I'm glad you're OK :AThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time
