So much work stuff has been going on that I came home last night feeling totally spaced out. Once I had fetched DS home from the cinema I crashed out in bed at around 23:30 and slept like a log. Now I am off on annual leave for the next couple of weeks so can chill out and do Narglestuff. Which reminds me, being tied up in another dimension has meant I now have a glorious

Kerri, I cannot believe the damage that circuits did to me and although there is no class this monday night:(, will be going the following monday:)!

I feel your pain Red (literally, arms hurting from Thurs night still) - apparently it does get easier but I think it's just your pain threshold increases - I hope I don't put you off by saying that after over a year, i still hurt from boot camp - I like to think it's because i'm putting in more effort each time, and prob also doesn't help that I now do three days in a row (and then pole on Thurs) so no rest days

Speaking of rest day today....front door had it's first coat of gloss, garden had a bit of a tidy (incl a full bag of leaves ), bbq has been scrubbed (thanks to my OOD bicarb in the cupboard) and I'm now going to haul the car boot stuff out of the loft....I really should be a lot thinner than I am with all this activity :rotfl:

Yippee back early - Thanks to clever forum repairer people

Fed up - hope the work is going OK, you are very driven - I hope you can see an end in sight?

Kerri - busy, busy, must use up loads of cals getting all those jobs done - I do flirt with occasional whim of going to boot camp, but it sounds like I wouldn't make it to the end of the first session, & I don't think I'd ever go back...so perhaps I'll just save my dosh
ETO Life has changed so much for you since bubs arrived, it'll take a while to work out how to fit in NSD's to the new routines, you are doing amazingly well, remember what Freeby would say..each NSD is a good NSD in its own right:D

Came home full of beans tonight as I can drive to work at the weekend making the day 8 til 5 instead of 7.15- 6.30, (I know loads of people have longer days - I'm a wimp:o), did a few little jobs then crashed on the bed for 2 hours, woken full of beans again...but its a bit late & raining now :rotfl:. Was looking forward to watching 'Long Live Britain' on catch-up but after searching for ages, finally found a notice on the internet, programme not shown due to rescheduling due to an important birth... so now nothing to watch so I'm on here instead:rotfl:

NSD 19 yesterday & NSD 20 today :T:T please - on track for target - (I think , have to get 3 days out of the next 4 - I CAN do this )
Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

Any good boot camp / fitness instructor will assess a persons ability and put them in the correct class (if multiple ability classes) or tailor exercises to individuals ability if the class is mixed - for example, when doing sit ups, I do v-sits, some do 'regular' sit ups and some do small crunches. Its not made out to be competitive but to have each individual getting the most out of their session.

Bit p**d off, front door was looking good but on closer inspection some parts have wrinkled (paint wasn't thick but I suspect it might have been the heat. Also. some has bled round to the back (white part) of the door - there was some there before but it seems more noticeable now  Going to try sanding the back part of the door and re-sand the front before putting the second coat on I think. Hubby says it's fine but I'm a bit of a perfectionist. :o

Off to do a car boot shortly (this one is a late start) - not holding out i'll make a fortune but every little helps.

Sazzie - No choice about being driven as there are only 3 weeks to go until the dissertation deadline then the final piece of work is due in 4 weeks after that.

It's full steam ahead here then as I'm 6000 words in and 6000 words to go

Unsurprisingly then, it will be another NSD here today!

Yesterday was NSD No 3! .

Reached my target. I did spend money but it was only a big supermarket shop, so I'm not counting that as a spend.

Will prob have a few more NDSs this week. Can't believe it's August on Thursday!

    Morning

Friday, Saturday and today all NSDs, taking my total to 12 and 4 in-row (Thursday). In-a-row target met :D . Am declaring today early as I am not leaving my flat as have pile of ironing to do.

After a thunderstorm last night and heavy rain, the weather feels clearer and cooler with lots of sunshine :D

Enjoy the rest of your day.
