bad choice using talk talk for business home useDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

i knowshe bought it without asking me or anyone, based on it being cheap...
If you're restarting the router 5-6 times a day your ISP may be resynching at a lower speed.
Have you managed to try an alternative router at all?
there's no alternative router available, but even if i/she got one, how would that help if the "ISP may be resynching at a lower speed"? i'm sincerely asking, not being "clever".

to re-ask my intial question, there's no way for her out of the contract without the cancellation fee?

i haven't been there to see for myself very often, but according to her, they both stay the same or stop blinking, with no discernible pattern.
a tech came by yesterday to check her connection, and told her that she's only getting 2 mb from the 20 she's paying for. they're gonna run more tests, etc, etc. :eek:0
