Lidl/Athena parking ticket Scotland

Can anyone advise if a ticket through the post for parking in Lidl carpark from Athena in Harrow is valid in Scotland. I received the ticket as the registered owner although I wasn't driving - picture is very obviously not female. Do I have to tell them who was driving also driver did in fact purchase in Lidl however was 13 minutes over the stated 1 hour parking - help!!

In Scotland the advice has to be to ignore it completely (unless this is a company or hire car). Calm down, this is easy and you could have got your answer just by doing a search of this parking forum for one keyword 'Scotland'.

You certainly DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCS tell them who was driving (for fake PCNs issued in any part of the UK) but certainly not in Scotland where they HAVE to know who was driving if they are to pursue it.

Thank you for your comments - as this was the first time I have written on the forum I didn't know where to find any previous relevant comments. I will just ignore this and certainly not tell Athena who was driving
