Hi
I've got an old VM box in the loft. It's about five years old. What can I do with it? Can I get freeview VM channels on it?
Cheers
Bye

The most you can expect is a small bouquet of non-subscription channels, but also an annoying regular pop up message that you need to subscribe to view.the_matrix wrote: »I've got an old VM box in the loft. It's about five years old. What can I do with it? Can I get freeview VM channels on it?
Why don't you give it back to Virgin? It actually still belongs to them!0 -
Bouquet? Not a melange, or perhaps a soupcon
? That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

O well, as they say all Ed Balls and no Ed Balls makes Ed Balls a dull Ed Balls. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
I thought Virgin normally hassled you to give it back or pay a fee.0

Generally Virgin do want the boxes back unless they are old and out-of-date versions which they don't want the hassle of recycling. However, the OP can still send it back to them if he insists.I thought Virgin normally hassled you to give it back or pay a fee.
It would be different if he had a TIVO or V+HD which Virgin could then put back into circulation.0
