Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Hi, I booked a holiday to Rhodes for my family in an all inclusive hotel with First Choice.
We chose a night flight going and an early morning on way home as it worked out to be cheaper.
We fly out on 29th June and arrive in Rhodes at approx 5/6am on the 30th June. I have found out today that we are to vacate the room on the 6th of July before 12pm. This means that we are without room or shower etc until the transfer bus comes at 04.00 on the 7th.
None of this was stated anywhere it was only because my father said to make sure because it has happened to him. We have the documents for flights stating the flight times and when I have logged on to my booking on First Choice website it says check in 30th June and check out 7th July but to make sure we phoned First Choice and were told that we actually do have to vacate the room and they can't sort a late room or anything else for us and we are to wait until we get there and hope they have a room we can use.
My question is do I have a leg to stand on regarding the only document that states the times we are able to have the room is the website page.
    Any ideas please?

You need to check whether your hotel booking is from the 29th or the 30th

If it starts on the 29th then & its for 7 nights yes you'll have to check out at mid day like most other hotels in the world. Otherwise how do you expect you'd be let in a clean room when arriving?

But if your hotel is booked from the 30th and you don't check out until the 7th you're fine as you'll be able to leave your room at the last minute. But you will have a slight issue on arriving that you most likely wont be able to get into your room until 2 or 3pm.
