hi again, still annoyed with my parking invoice, i decided to call in at tesco again this morning and asked to see the manager not anyone else. a nice chap came out who was the under manager, and said he could deal with my problem, i explained the parking over six minutes and told him i was in their store shopping, i said that there was a tesco email address on the invoice and was told when i came to the store earlier in the week that it was nothing to do with tesco.' i can cancel that he said no problem,' he took the details and told me that i would not hear from them again.
so i am going to see what happens next.0 -

Well done for being persistent! Tesco need to dump the PPC, same as all Supermarkets. Harassing customers and then lying to them when they ask for the issue to be sorted out isn't good customer service, to say the least.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

forgot to say when i went to the customer services desk and the duty manager said he could cancel the invoice, he got out a file named highview and said every monday they have a list of the so called fines and they can decide there and then whose they want to cancel.0
