You've entered a competition to win WHAT!!!

I won a ten pound gift card for a baby website and then they sent me an email saying it wasn't valid on anything under £100. But it's the rafflecopters that bother me, the ones where they give away beauty products that have been used....yuck!Starting afresh - comping as much as poss!
Hoping for: some beauty goods, clothes, amazon vouchers, anime, manga, wardrobe, fridge freezer, laptop, an ipad, vouchers for next, exercise goods, a uk break and a wee hol somewhere nice!
Wishing all a little luck:beer:0 -
the worst I entered was for a prestigious soup company offering fridge magents on a 'follow friday' twitter. #FF is littered with lots of silly, low value prizes but tweeting only takes a second..
I thought they would be nice chunky ones just like their lettering.. what i got was 2 pieces of cardboard that barely stuck to the fridge!
If it's not on a #FF I don't bother with the small low value prizes.
I also hate seeing the ones listed that say 'win this beautiful piece of jewellery' when you see the picture it looks like it was made by a child or from Hama beads..:rotfl:Thanks to those that post the comps!!

to be fair i dont mind doing things like that, only takes a sec when im retweeting all the big comps anyway. It's just rafflecopter for those types of items that really annoys me. Just isn't worth the effort. Plus that's where they usually put about 20 different ways of following them you have to do to enter the competition!:j:j:j0 -

True! Must admit some of the Rafflecopters make me swear loudly (and I don't often ) when I see the list of things they expect us to do! Some bloggers appear quite greedy!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
Or when you get a runners up prize which you have no intention of using or being completely unrelated to the main prize! By that I mean entering without knowing there's a runners up prize!
I once got some slimming tablets which I have no idea where they came from as I would have never enter anything to do with that sort of diet pills...December Wins: £300 worth of board games, £500 Tesco Vouchers Best Win in 2023: £500 Tesco Vouchers0 -
I never enter to win diet pills either! Apart from the fact that I don't need to diet, I don't trust them personally! You hear of horror stories - like people growing horns!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0
