No, you didn't get a PM from me, if I'd have PM'd you and you'd told me who the retailer is I would have posted it for the benefit of everyone else, it's the way it works, the way people help each other by sharing information about which retailers to avoid, but you're choosing to deprive members of that knowledge, very selfish and not at all in the community spirit of MSE.

So what is the problem with naming the company? Even a simple Yes/No regarding the company already named in this thread would be a start.

(And remember - I was supportive of your viewpoint previously. But I'm now starting to have doubts).
