Leasehold valuation tribunal

Hello all,
I have accepted an offer on my flat, the proposed buyer had a survey, I filled in the initial 6 forms.
Searches completed, a few more queries before exchanging contracts hopefully next week.
It has taken 8 weeks up until now mainly because of a takeover in management company.
Just when I was putting it on the market in early March my agent told me the management company had gone into administration that day.
On form 11, the management and landlord form, point 6:13 mentions there was a LVT.
The buyers Solicitor wants to see a copy of the Leasehold valuation tribunal that took place in 2001/2012 and the new management company have not been given it from the old management company and cannot get hold of it.
I would hate this to jeopodise my sale, is there any way I can get hold of a copy of this LVT, if so who do I contact?

Would the tribunal not have a copy?0

Thanks for the replies.
I did manage unexpectedly to get a copy of the tribunal from a Google search.
There was one more question the buyers' solicitor wants to know about the service charge, if it includes a payment to the local estate.
Again it should but there is no mention of it in the service charge budget, this seems to have opened a can of worms so I hope it is something the solicitors can work out.0
