Request help from Vodafone Rep

I cannot believe what is happening.
Yesterday I took out a new contract with Vodafone (after being with o2 for 15 years)
New Iphone 5 received promptly at 9am this morning.

I have contacted Customer Service to try and activate the SIM card but I cannot be found on the system, how can this be? Vodafone have sent me a £600 phone and cannot find me.

I thought long and hard about transferring to Vodafone.
I will think long and hard about keeping this phone. (unless I am lost to Vodafone) in which case can I keep the phone without charge???

    Everything is audited. They'll either realize and bill you for it, or (if they can't find it) they'll blacklisted it, so it'll be no use to you...

    is nt keeping quiet diff now as you have phoned vodafone now and alerted them. how did the call end ?

    They said that perhaps their systems needed to be updated?
    And that 'perhaps' tomorrow they 'might' be able to find me!

    Just to say my issues have now been resolved by Vodafone.

    I was impressed by the contact with a representative I have just had and all seems to be OK now and I do exist. (phew)

    I look forward to using my phone!
