Amazon-Excellent service... (Sandisk)

I bought a higher spec high capacity SDHC via amazon almost a year ago and it has worked fine until last week when it suddenly died and could not be resurrected.
I checked on the sandisk website and apparently my product has a lifetime guarantee.
I reported the problem to sandisk customer service and they asked lots of question etc etc. After a number of exchanges, they said they would replace it if i mailed it using a tracking service to their distribution centre/office in the Czech Republic ! !!!!!! ? Anyway the cost of sending it tracking would have been excessive.
I emailed Amazon last night at about 2100hrs and this morning at 0700 i received an email saying they would put a new product in the post first class job done !
Amazing.. For me Amazon can do no wrong. I have always had excellent service from them.

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
