I believe I was a couple of digits out inputting my Vehicle Reg. and now have a fine from ParkingEye....can someone please contact me as this isn't fair, I was a genuine customer and surely shouldn't be penalised for shopping with you.

This is priceless. After a complaint by John Robertson Aldi told him to contact customer services. So he did.
24 hours later he posts this.

hi there again aldi uk how long does it take to get back to customers ,you were quick enough to reply to my original post about parking eye and quick enough for them to issue me a ticket ,whoever replyed from aldi uk said my concern would be passed to the relevent dept when you opened on monday ,i have gave you 3 different contact details ,but still no contact ,whats happening about my parking ticket from parking eye ,am i getting it cancelled and will i be issued with a letter to this effect from you or private eye.

Aldi Facebook say they'll contact the relevant dept.

Another 24 hours another post.

ANOTHER day and still no response from ALDI uk how long does it take to make a couple of phone calls regarding my parking ticket ,i will not stop posting till i have a response ,the assistant store manager at the stirling store has my details and copies of the parking ticket and receipts for both shops ,come aldi ,get your finger out ,you were quick enough to get your car park managent agents parking eye to do your dirty work ,i await your response
